DELIVERY POLICY

THE AUCKLAND RAZOR COMPANY (ARC) sells retail (directly to the end customer) in New Zealand and Australia only.  For all other countries, we sell via resellers in that area/country. For example https://www.executive-shaving.co.uk in UK and Europe.

THE AUCKLAND RAZOR COMPANY (ARC) treats the delivery of all our customers’ orders as a priority. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying it.

This is why, for New Zealand retail deliveries, we use NZ Post Tracked services. Unlike normal packet post services these will provide us with the ability to track your order as it progresses through the NZ Post network, right up to the point of delivery. So we will always know where your order is.

Free shipping is currently available for all NZ orders over $100.

ORDER DESPATCH

We will despatch your order to you as soon as possible and usually the same, or next day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday if Monday falls on a Bank Holiday.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

DOMESTIC ORDER DELIVERY

New Zealand and Australia Retail Orders

If your order is for delivery to an address in New Zealand or Australia we use NZ Post and there is a flat rate charge of $6 for NZ and $20 for Australia

Deliveries to some remote areas or Australia cannot be guaranteed by the next working day

Please be aware the Estimated Delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Delivery to your chosen address may take longer than stated depending on external factors out with our control. If your address is located in remote, rural areas delivery may take slightly longer.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is currently available on all New Zealand Retail orders over $100 only. This free service is our Standard Shipping service by New Zealand Post and can take between 2 to 5 days for delivery.
