Shaving Brush
The Silvertip Badger Brush is so called because of the silver colour of the tip of the hair. Super Badger Hair is often used outwith the UK as a term for Silvertip hair.
The reason why Silvertip and Super Badger hair shaving brushes are more expensive than other types of shaving brushes is down to the fact that the hair for these brushes comes only from the neck of the badger which is softer and retains more water than hair from other parts of the badger.
Modern synthetic fibre brushes are good but still do not beat a badger brush for holding water and keeping shape.
This brush is ideal for lathering up hard shaving soaps and creams, like our ARC shaving soaps.
